My Present
Charter marketing is a complex, fascinating and innovative department that simultaneously dips into many different branches of the industry. We all share the common goal of growing and nurturing our fantastic fleet of charter yachts while constantly trying new ideas and strategies to up our game. Our team is responsible for looking after the most exciting assets in the world. I am very keen to implement ways to improve our service and efficiency and enhance our industry as a whole.
I'm a founding member of Young Professionals in Yachting in Monaco, an active member of MYBA and a regular speaker at industry events. My unique approach, boundless enthusiasm and insight, along with more than 18 years of experience in yachting, help me drive business results and take charter marketing to new heights. I believe my proven track record demonstrates my level of investment to my clients and colleagues, and the many successes we have shared are a testament to our creative strategy and expert communication.
My Past
Growing up in Wales I have always yearned for sunshine. I left home at 19 to travel through Australasia for 2 years. After graduating from the University of Wales, I once again left my hometown of Swansea for warmer climates and put my degree in French and Italian to good use on the Cote d'Azur. My journey in the yachting industry began as crew. I worked my way up to become the Head of Charter Marketing at Edmiston & Company, then led the Charter Marketing team at Camper & Nicholsons. After many years working in Monaco I saw Florida as an exciting place to be and I wanted to learn more about the American market. I joined N&J in March 2022, and I feel it is the best company for me to utilize my skills with such an extraordinarily large fleet of yachts worldwide.
My Future
I am excited to explore my new home in the U.S. I look forward to discovering nearby destinations such as Costa Rica and Alaska with my family
On the yachting side, I am keenly interested in exploration yachts, particularly those that participate yachts for science programs. I absolutely love the adventure side of yachting. That, I think, is the future of yachting: freedom, adventure and making positive contributions.

My Outside-office Life
Outside of the office, I am a mum bringing up two lively daughters and trying to show them the beauty of the world through travel and new experiences. I thoroughly enjoy reading, live music and being by the sea.
