Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the in-house sale of the 94’2” (28.7m) Kong & Halvorsen motor yacht THEA by its Southeast Asia team, with Yacht Broker Martin Holmes representing the seller.
THEA, powered by twin Caterpillar 3408 engines, boasts a maximum speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. With a substantial fuel capacity of 21,000 liters, she is perfectly suited for long-range voyages to remote destinations without the need for frequent refueling.
Between 2012 and 2014, THEA underwent a comprehensive rebuild, which included extending the hull by two meters. She has recently completed another substantial refit, further enhancing her exceptional features. The aft deck offers a large teak dining table with seating for eight guests, enclosed with clear panels under a fixed Bimini, and a lounge area with comfortable seating for enjoying the views.
Inside, the main salon and dining room feature exquisite teak woodwork, comfortable seating, and state-of-the-art entertainment systems. The dining table seats eight guests, and a well-equipped galley is located forward.
THEA comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins. The master cabin, located aft, includes a king-sized bed, a leather-topped working desk, bookshelves, drawers, cabinets, wardrobes, and a fridge. Two double guest cabins are situated forward of midships, sharing a companionway leading from the dining room. A fourth guest cabin is located on the upper deck, fully shaded by a fixed stainless-steel Bimini and featuring sliding timber doors that open to the deck and a large, sheltered seating area with a table.
THEA’s Portuguese bridge with wing stations offers ample seating and access to the foredeck, ideal for sunbathing with a large sun pad and additional seating. The upper deck includes a large U-shaped seating area with a teak table, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a cocktail, a helm station, and a large sun pad forward. The spacious beach club area at the stern, complete with a large swim platform and comfortable seating, provides easy access to the water for swimming and water sports activities.
The former owner of THEA praised Martin Holmes for his exceptional efforts, noting, “Martin’s cheerful and enthusiastic manner made communication easy for both parties. His energy, extensive knowledge of the industry, and diligent approach were most impressive. Martin well deserved and earned a 10/10.”
