The Riviera 78 motor yacht BIG MAMA is now asking AU$5,999,000 after an AU$500,000 price reduction. The yacht is listed for sale with Yacht Broker Martin Holmes.

BIG MAMA is the flagship of the Riviera range. Renowned for her high performance and luxurious on-water living, BIG MAMA is designed by the award-winning Luca Vallebone, offering an opportunity to own a perfectly appointed Riviera without the wait.

Entering through automatic sliding glass doors, you are greeted by BIG MAMA’s beautifully designed galley and main salon. This open-plan space features full-size fridges on both port and starboard sides, enhancing the functional living and interactive design. Large windows, larger than those in previous Riviera models, provide unobstructed views and flood the space with natural light. The main salon, located forward, boasts a custom sofa with an ottoman to starboard and a chaise longue to port, all tied together by a large rug. A 65” television is cleverly hidden in the ceiling and can display Raymarine navigation charts and cruising information with just a touch.

BIG MAMA’s accommodation offers luxury and comfort for up to seven guests across four suites. The full-beam master suite features a king-sized bed, black-out blinds, wireless charging stations, and a refrigerated drawer bedside. Large hull windows on both sides not only bring in natural light but also allow for a refreshing cross breeze. The suite includes a cedar-lined walk-in closet and an en-suite with his-and-hers sinks and a rain shower. Each guest cabin is equipped with en-suites and cedar-lined storage, including a forward VIP cabin with a double berth and a portside guest cabin with twin berths. The fourth cabin has been converted into a private office, complete with a Pullman berth hidden in the aft bulkhead.

BIG MAMA’s exterior is equally impressive, with ample space for sunbathing and socializing. Her aft deck, accessible via steps on both sides, features an alfresco dining area with a large table, which can be enclosed with a weather canvas to extend the saloon. The extended aft flybridge offers a custom sunbathing deck with a large sunpad and a wet bar, all semi-shaded by a Bimini and hardtop for ultimate cruising views. The foredeck provides plush seating and a full sun awning when at anchor. The teak-laid swim platform aft allows for easy water access and can accommodate a four-meter BRIG Eagle RIB with a Honda 60HP outboard engine.

With unique and modern designer interior finishes, upgraded MAN 1800HP engines, twin 27Kva generators and Humphree Active Fin Stabilizers for smooth sailing at all speeds, she offers a remarkable yachting experience.
