N&J Takes Home First Place in SFBJ Best Places to Work Awards – Second Year Running

For the second year in a row, Northrop & Johnson has taken top honors in the South Florida Business Journal Best Places to Work Awards. Winning first place in the medium category out of 15 finalists and thousands of applicants, N&J accepted its award on Thursday, February 17 at a luncheon reception at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.

This award is completely based on the responses from employees who receive a survey after the company has been nominated. According to Quantum Workplace, which administers the survey, “This program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Places to Work foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay in the future. Scores can range from 0-100 with 100 being the best possible score.” Survey questions include everything from employee benefits packages, company perks, company culture, access to leadership and beyond. Northrop & Johnson is proud to have scored a 95 out of 100, which ensures our employees are highly engaged and satisfied.
