MOJO, a 65 Marquis yacht built in 2004, offers luxury, comfort and performance. She features a draft of 4’10”, a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 26 knots, ensuring a smooth and exhilarating ride.
Upon entering the salon through finely crafted curved stainless steel and glass sliding doors, you are greeted by a contemporary interior. The owner has upgraded the vessel with new flooring, overheads, and LED lighting throughout, creating a spacious and modern ambiance. The open galley design and removal of the formal dining table add to the yacht's expansive feel, although the table is available for reinstallation if desired.
In the main salon, you'll find a beautiful sofa lounge to port, perfect for viewing the TV in its retractable lift surrounded by cherry cabinetry. The AC/DC distribution panel is conveniently located on the port side, along with a surround stereo system featuring DVD and MP3 players. The glass spiral staircase to the flybridge and an entertainment system enhance the salon's elegance. A unique ottoman doubles as a cooler, offering practicality.
The open-style galley boasts new stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. The formal dining table, usually opposite the galley, has been removed for added space but is in storage for those who prefer a traditional dining setup. The skylounge on the flybridge offers ample room for entertaining or relaxing, with access from both the cockpit's molded stairway and the interior spiral staircase. The hardtop and full enclosure make this space enjoyable year-round.
MOJO comfortably accommodates six guests in three cabins, with one crew member. The opulent full-beam master suite features en-suite lounge seating, plenty of light, and his-and-her heads with an adjoining shower/tub. A laundry room with a washer/dryer and linen storage is also located to starboard. The forward VIP suite in the V berth and the guest suite aft with twin berths provide luxurious accommodations for guests. Crew quarters with a head and shower are situated aft of the engine room, accessed via the transom door.
The exterior decks of MOJO are equally impressive. The aft deck includes a control station under a cover located to starboard, molded seating with three new white chairs surrounding a beautiful wooden table. The sundeck/flybridge features a lounging area aft, a 1000lb davit for lifting a Jet Ski, and a large molded seating area under the hardtop with a wet bar complete with a refrigerator, icemaker, sink, and BBQ. The upper helm station is located forward of this area.
Full walk-around decks lead to the foredeck, where a sunbed and a hatch with shore power connections, an electric 4000 Maxwell windlass, and a fender and line storage compartment are found. The hydraulic swim platform at the stern is perfect for boarding the vessel and accessing the tender.
MOJO is a meticulously maintained yacht designed for extended stays and easy handling, making her an ideal choice for cruising.
Looking from the stern, the main deck‘s visual scope reaches all the way forward, through the salon, dining room, galley, and pilot house to seascape ahead. The salon lounge is to port while the home-size galley to port features such luxuries as granite countertops and floors. A lower helm if forward of galley with full instrumentation.
There are three staterooms and heads below, including an opulent amidships master with king-size berth and walk-in closet. Aft, two-person crew quarters are accessed from the transom. Additional features include a hydraulic swim platform, bow/stern thrusters, and—unlike most European motor yachts—a spacious engine room with standing headroom.
