TENACIOUS is a custom cold-molded sportfisher, originally crafted for legendary golfer and yachtsman Greg Norman, and features sleek lines and a massive cockpit ideal for avid anglers. Built in Stuart, Florida, by Dominick LaCombe, founder of Monterey Boats and American Custom Yachts, TENACIOUS boasts laminated wood and Kevlar construction for superior strength.
TENACIOUS cruises comfortably at 20 knots with a top speed of 25 knots. She is equipped with the finest fishing electronics, including Furuno Side Scanning Sonar, a new Garmin radar and chart plotter, a custom bait system, a full-fighting chair and a massive cockpit. Recently refitted, TENACIOUS had the port engine completely rebuilt, while the starboard engine received new injectors, a cooling system service, and valve adjustments. Notably, a new Garmin Radar Chart plotter and FCI Watermaker were installed in 2024.
The interior of TENACIOUS is spacious, featuring four staterooms and three heads, with custom freezers and refrigeration in the galley. The beautifully varnished interior showcases incredible detail, such as marlin and sailfish cabinet handles. The galley is outfitted with modern appliances and ample counter space, accented by custom teak with marlin handles on all cabinets. The salon is cozy with sofa seating, a TV, lots of natural light and a bar-seating area.
Accommodations on TENACIOUS include space for eight guests across four cabins. The owner’s stateroom features a queen bed, custom mattress, en-suite head and shower, beautifully varnished teak accents, and ample hanging storage and drawers. Two forward guest staterooms share a head and shower, with upper and lower bunks, custom mattresses, and plenty of storage. Another guest stateroom offers upper and lower bunks with custom mattresses and an en-suite head and shower.
Her cockpit features teak decks and covering boards, two custom bait tanks built into the deck, a full-size fighting chair, custom refrigeration, tackle storage and engine room access. The flybridge is equipped with modern electronics, custom helm chairs, a large settee with custom rod storage beneath, a custom hardtop for shade and a ¾ enclosure to protect guests from the elements. This is an excellent space to take in the views of the cruising grounds from the padded seating forward. The foredeck offers a spacious area with a 1,000-pound davit for raising and lowering a tender, a large bait tank with custom rod holders, and teak-accented custom bow rails.

The Tenacious boasts a spacious salon, well-equipped galley, and four generously sized staterooms. Upon entering the salon, you'll find a custom couch to port and an entertainment center to starboard.
Moving forward, the galley is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, custom refrigeration and freezer units, and four bar stools for comfortable dining.
The master stateroom is located midship and features a custom bed, ample storage, and a private head and shower. Continuing forward, you'll find three additional staterooms, each with twin oversized bunks. These staterooms are complemented by two more heads and showers.
